of, relating to, or being a method of harvesting or using a resource so that the resource is not depleted or permanently damaged
The majority of current practices within the fashion industry are not sustainable. From harvesting raw materials to mass production to the disposal of garments, the industry thrives on making goods as cheaply as possible as quickly as possible. Environmental and human resources are being consumed and damaged in countless ways.
